1. General
These Terms of Service («Terms») govern your access to and use of Mirror (mirrorbooking.com and the Mirror mobile app) — an online booking platform for beauty, barber, SPA and related businesses.
By registering or using Mirror you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms in full.
2. The service
Mirror lets clients discover salons, view services and masters, book appointments, manage bookings and receive notifications.
Salon owners receive a dashboard to manage schedule, staff, services, clients and analytics.
Mirror is an intermediary between clients and salons. The service contract for beauty services is between the client and the salon.
3. Account
You must provide accurate registration data and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
Registration is available from age 13. Users under 18 should use the service with parental consent where required.
4. Bookings & cancellation
A confirmed booking creates an obligation to attend or cancel in time via the app or by contacting the salon.
Cancellation and no-show rules are set by each salon. Mirror is not liable for salon-specific penalties.
5. Payments
Payment for services is made at the salon unless otherwise stated when booking. Mirror may offer integrated payment methods where available for a given salon.
6. Salon partners
By registering a salon you confirm authority to represent the business and agree to catalog moderation.
Mirror may suspend profiles for violations, fraud or unpaid subscription where applicable.
7. Content & reviews
Users and salons are responsible for uploaded content. Abuse, spam and unlawful content are prohibited.
Reviews may be moderated. You grant Mirror a non-exclusive license to display your review in the service.
8. Liability
The service is provided «as is». Mirror is not liable for salon service quality or incidents on salon premises.
Claims about service quality should be directed to the salon.
9. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms. The current version is at mirrorbooking.com/terms.
