Delete your Mirror account
How MirrorBooking users can request deletion of their account and personal data — in the app or by email.
Delete in the mobile app (recommended)
If you have a client account in the Mirror app (iOS / Android), you can delete it in the app with email verification.
- 1Open the Mirror app and sign in.
- 2Go to Profile → Settings.
- 3Tap “Delete account” at the bottom.
- 4Confirm the warning and request a verification code by email.
- 5Enter the 6-digit code from the email and confirm deletion.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, send a request from the email address linked to your account. We will process it within 30 days.

Salon dashboards on mirrorbooking.com are not deleted through this page. Email support@mirrorbooking.com with your salon name — we will close access and handle data per our agreement.
Data that is deleted
- Name, email, phone and profile photo
- Push token and notification preferences
- Favorite salons and in-app personal settings
- Reviews posted from your account
- Referral and Mirror Coins activity tied to your account
Data that may be retained
- Anonymized records of past appointments may remain with salons for bookkeeping (without your contact details).
- Data we must keep by law (e.g. financial records) — minimum necessary scope and duration.
Timeline
In-app deletion is processed immediately after you confirm the code. Email requests are handled within 30 calendar days.
